The Rathskeller is located in downtown Indianapolis.The Food base is German but we carry a wide variety of food along with our traditional german food. We play all kinds of music all year long. In the summer we open our outdoor biergarten where we have 2 bars, food service and a huge bandshell. Bands in the summer play from 6-9 on wed and thurs. On fri and sat bands play from 7-11. In the winter months bands play in our bar area. Wed and Thurs from 6-9 and fri and say from 8-12. This is a great place to grab a beer and listen to some great bands. There is no cover charge on almost all nights except for special events.

The Rathskeller is the oldest running restaurant in the state of Indiana. We are known for a biergarten in the summer and our Kellerbar in the winter.
